    Fraternities are built upon the values of mentoring. This is something that is ingrained in the way our organizations operate. Fraternity men are mentored by upperclassmen, officers, their peers, and advisors. This forges tremendous relationships. While fraternity men receive a lot of advice, guidance and support from their mentors, they are also playing that role in someone else’s life.
